Use of the Service

is419 helps users identify visible patterns associated with scams, manipulation, impersonation, fraud, and trust risks. You are responsible for how you use reports and for verifying information through independent official channels.

Intellectual Property and Reports

is419, its software, interface, prompts, workflows, branding, and platform content are owned by or licensed to Zerion AI Inc. Reports are provided for your informational use only. You may not resell reports, commercially redistribute reports, scrape the service, bulk extract outputs, or use reports to publicly accuse, identify, label, or characterize a person as a scammer, criminal, fraudster, wrongdoer, or similar term.

No Guarantee

is419 cannot guarantee that:

• A person is trustworthy.
• A person is untrustworthy.
• A scam will occur.
• A scam will not occur.

AI Output Limits

Reports may include false positives, false negatives, incomplete context, or model errors. High-risk output does not prove wrongdoing. Low-risk output does not mean content is safe. Do not rely on is419 as your only basis for personal, financial, legal, employment, relationship, or safety decisions.

Acceptable Use

Users may not use is419 to:

• Harass others.
• Stalk others.
• Monitor private communications without authorization.
• Doxx individuals or expose private information.
• Defame individuals or organizations.
• Commit, facilitate, test, disguise, or refine fraud.
• Circumvent laws, platform rules, or safety systems.

User Responsibility

You must have the legal right or authorization to submit content. You are responsible for removing unnecessary sensitive information before submission and for using reports in a fair, lawful, and non-defamatory way.

Defamation and Harassment

You may not present is419 reports as proof that a person is a scammer, criminal, dishonest, or malicious. Reports analyze content patterns and trust-risk signals, not intent, guilt, identity, or moral character.

Service Availability

We may modify, pause, limit, or discontinue features to protect users, prevent abuse, improve reliability, or comply with legal obligations. Security controls may block or cool down repeated, automated, or similar requests.

Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless is419, Zerion AI Inc., and their owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from and against any claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or related to your misuse of reports, unauthorized content submissions, publication or redistribution of reports, privacy violations, defamation claims, harassment claims, violation of applicable laws, or breach of these terms.

Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to is419 at any time if we believe use of the service creates legal, security, abuse, privacy, operational, or trust-and-safety risk. Sections concerning acceptable use, intellectual property, AI output limits, indemnification, limitation of liability, time limits on claims, governing law, dispute resolution, severability, and any provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, is419, Zerion AI Inc., and their owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, reputational, reliance, data-loss, business-interruption, lost profit, lost opportunity, or similar damages, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, statute, or any other theory. Where liability cannot be excluded, total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the fees you paid to is419 in the 12 months before the claim or CAD $100, where permitted by law.

Time Limit on Claims

To the extent permitted by law, any claim or cause of action arising from or related to is419 must be brought within one year after the claim arose, or it is permanently barred.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived, venue for court proceedings will be Edmonton, Alberta.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue in effect, and the invalid provision will be limited or modified to the minimum extent necessary.

Entire Agreement

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and AI Disclaimer, form the entire agreement between you and is419 regarding the service and replace any prior or conflicting understandings about the service.
